    SMTP not working? do not receive any emails from i-Doit..

      Hello all,

      I am setting up the email/notification part. So that our contracts on time will be notified to us when one is expiring soon.

      So i have created an notification/
      Created an new contact, what will be the receiver sharedmailbox@domain.com
      Added the group to watch the contracts contracts.
      Added the content it self as well.

      in the SMTP settings i have added our M365
      smtp.office365.com account + username + password.
      Port: 587
      etc.

      So i added an test warranty of expiring today in this case yesterday and one for today. But we do not receive any notification in the email box.

      Is there also an way to test it directly? to run maybe a check?

        Hello @thehazzard,

        do you have make a cronjob (maybe) daily do send notifications?

        In the knowledgebase is a good article to configure notifications.
        https://kb.i-doit.com/display/en/Notifications

        At the end of the page you get a command to send the notifications.

        This command must run (as a cronjob) regulary.
