      Hi all,

      we want to use Zammad helpdesk and we tried to connect it.

      So there is an connection, because when you go to clients, and take one device, and press on the ticket button. it redirects you to our selfhosted zammad helpdesk tool. But the actual device is not in the list.

      and also when you create an ticket from Zammad directly and want to choose hardware, it says i-Doit but the list is empty?

      anything else i need to do? the knowledgebase of zammad is not that big.
